Active Practice Groups

I send this post from my hotel in Denver whilst preparing for a Collaborative Law Master Class with Pauline Tesler and Woody Mosten. In addition to having the opportunity of undertaking training with two of the best Collaborative Practitioners in the world Pauline Tesler will be hosting an evening session to mentor leaders in the collaborative practice community on how to start the process of making their collaborative practice groups come alive, rise and thrive. I am committed to the belief that Collaborative Practice is the best dispute resolution process available to parties who need help in reaching an agreement. The process can only work if the parties are to receive wise advice from committed and experienced collaborative practitioners. If you want to use the collaborative process it is important that you engage a collaborative practitioner who is part of an active practice group. In Adelaide there is a practice group that meets monthly. It is importnat that you choose a collaborative practitioner who is active in their local practice group.
